Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms, including X/Twitter, Instagram, and others.
- Develop and execute multilingual social media content strategies to support brand growth and user acquisition.
- Create compelling content, including posts, long-form updates, announcements, and event-related materials.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, communications, content, design, and product teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Work with KOLs, communities, and partners to amplify brand exposure and engagement.
- Stay updated on Web3 industry trends and identify opportunities for social media growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, with preference given to candidates with experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industries.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms, especially X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to manage multilingual social media accounts and engage effectively with a global audience.
- Experience in social media data analysis and performance tracking.
- Strong creative skills to produce content that drives interaction and community growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges or Web3 projects.
- Familiarity with KOL collaboration and community growth strategies.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, or Arabic) is a plus.
