Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and content strategies for Web3 projects across global social media and community platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Medium, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
• Create and execute user growth strategies to attract and retain new users through diverse channels.
• Conduct competitive, market, and industry analysis to formulate effective operational strategies.
• Demonstrate strong internet awareness, plan trending content, draft compelling copies, and independently lead creative campaigns.
• Manage community operations, engage with members, and foster a positive and active community atmosphere.
• Participate in product launches and promotional activities, assisting the team in gathering user feedback and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational activities with product development goals.
• Analyze operational data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and community management, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
• Strong analytical skills to assess competitors, market trends, and user behavior.
• Ability to create engaging content, including trending topics and viral campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with community members and internal teams.
• Experience in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain communities is a plus.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Multilingual capabilities to engage with global audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and influencer marketing strategies.
