Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of social media platforms including Twitter, WeChat, and YouTube
- Oversee community platforms such as Discord and Telegram to ensure active engagement
- Develop and implement creative activity plans to stimulate community interaction
- Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business objectives
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement best practices
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in social media management or community operations
- Proficiency in managing Twitter, WeChat, YouTube, Discord and Telegram platforms
- Strong content creation skills with an eye for visual aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
- Passion for community building and digital marketing
