Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media presence and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, building online communities, and planning engaging online events.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media account management: Responsible for the daily management and content publishing of the company's social media accounts, monitoring interactions and feedback on social media platforms, and responding to user issues in a timely manner.
- Increasing the number of fans and stickiness through different methods.
- Community building and operation: Build and manage online communities to increase user engagement.
- Organize and coordinate community activities to increase user engagement.
- Online event planning: Plan and execute various online activities, including but not limited to interactive activities such as AMA and lottery.
- Daily content writing and publishing.
Additional Responsibilities
The candidate will also be expected to analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements. Collaboration with other departments to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals is essential. Staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices will be crucial for success in this role.
