Job Description
This internship is designed to support SeeDAO's growth and engagement on Xiaohongshu, a leading social media platform. The intern will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and community interaction. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Xiaohongshu accounts, creating and publishing high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives, and analyzing user-generated data to inform strategic decisions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration with other digital marketing channels and to maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Xiaohongshu marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and social media influence
- Manage daily operations of Xiaohongshu accounts, including content scheduling, user engagement, and message moderation
- Create original content such as graphic designs, video scripts, and text posts that reflect SeeDAO's brand identity and values
- Analyze Xiaohongshu data metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates) and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop data-driven optimization plans to improve campaign performance and user interaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate content integration across multiple digital platforms
- Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely manner to maintain brand reputation
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices and innovative content formats
- Support the creation of visual content assets (e.g., infographics, video thumbnails, social media templates) for platform-specific requirements
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and provide regular performance reports
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, digital media, business administration, or related field (preferably with a focus on social media strategy)
- Proficient in Xiaohongshu platform operations, including content creation, audience targeting, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media data and user behavior metrics
- Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal skills for content creation and stakeholder reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, KOL collaborations)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools (e.g.,剪映, Premiere)
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a 10-15 hour weekly commitment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) for content localization and international communication
- Passion for social media trends and digital marketing innovation, with a demonstrated interest in blockchain or Web3 ecosystems
Duration
This internship is available for a flexible schedule of approximately 10-15 hours per week, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
