Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage and maintain Econia's social media channels (Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn) through regular content posting, audience engagement, and real-time monitoring of interactions.
• Design and implement social media campaigns, giveaways, and educational content that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
• Develop and refine content strategies that prioritize user education, community building, and long-term engagement with Econia's platform.
• Collaborate with protocols, Web3 thought leaders, and blockchain communities to create partnerships and promote Econia's adoption through strategic outreach.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize content delivery, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on Web3 industry developments and incorporate emerging trends into social media strategies to maintain relevance.
• Engage with community members through comments, messages, and direct interactions to foster loyalty and encourage active participation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and platform updates.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in social media approaches.
• Develop creative content calendars that balance promotional, educational, and community-focused posts to maintain audience interest.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain industry, with a strong track record of driving engagement and growth.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn) and their unique audience demographics, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills, including the ability to produce high-quality text, images, and videos that align with Econia's brand identity and messaging.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, community members, and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques to improve visibility and reach on social media platforms.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create visually appealing content for social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and decentralized ecosystems to effectively engage with the target audience.
