Job Description
We are seeking a talented Social Media & Community Manager to oversee and execute strategies across major platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord. The ideal candidate will leverage platform algorithms, trending topics, interactive mechanisms, and visual content to boost organic traffic. You will create diverse content formats such as short posts, memes, videos, and AMA (Ask Me Anything) discussions while establishing user-generated content (UGC) incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for platforms like X, Telegram, and Discord. Utilize platform algorithms and policies to maximize engagement through trending topics, interactive content, and visual storytelling.
- Content Creation & Ideation: Maintain an "idea bank" with executable creative topics and campaign concepts to ensure content consistency and differentiation. Translate product features (e.g., VIP tiers, multi-level referrals, fast-track options, affiliate programs) into user-friendly, shareable content.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive community atmosphere by designing interactive activities and discussions. Identify and nurture potential "community leaders" to transform passive users into active contributors. Build a strong "community culture" that encourages retention, referrals, and organic promotion.
- Data & Feedback Analysis: Track key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, retention, and UGC volume. Analyze user feedback to refine content strategies and operational models for scalable growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in social media or community management. Prior experience in Web3 or global markets is a plus.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and policies (X, Telegram, Discord) to drive effective outreach.
- Strong creative and strategic skills to independently develop memes, AMA sessions, UGC campaigns, and interactive topics.
- Proven ability in community engagement, transforming members into active advocates and leaders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing content and campaigns based on performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts or communities (follower growth, engagement rates, viral metrics).
- Experience managing multilingual/multiregional social media strategies (SEA, Middle East, India, or Western markets).
- Collaboration experience with KOLs or affiliates.
- Active participation in crypto communities with strong empathy for target users.
