Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual technical goals and strategies for the platform technology team based on the company's development strategy.
• Lead the technical team in identifying and executing optimal solution paths for projects.
• Formulate long-term strategies for platform technology, including technology direction selection, major project implementation, key technology research, and risk assessment.
• Align with business development needs by focusing on core technology architecture and new technology research to enhance the company's overall technical capabilities.
• Guide the technical team in improving product design, architecture, research, and development to ensure platform stability and security.
• Oversee the completion of overall platform construction and key technical modules while ensuring product development progress.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, including but not limited to Go, Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Proven ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in platform architecture design, system security, and stability management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation in technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
