Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Leader to oversee the daily management of our technical team and drive product technology development and iteration. The ideal candidate will align technical goals with the company's strategic vision, ensuring optimal solutions and robust platform development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual technical goals and strategies for the platform technology team based on the company's development strategy.
- Lead the technical team in identifying and executing optimal solution paths for projects.
- Formulate long-term strategies for platform technology, including technology direction selection, major project implementation, key technology research, and risk assessment.
- Align with business development needs by focusing on core technology architecture and new technology research to enhance the company's overall technical capabilities.
- Guide the technical team in improving product design, architecture, research, and development to ensure platform stability and security.
- Oversee the completion of overall platform construction and key technical modules while ensuring product development progress.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, including but not limited to Go, Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Proven ability to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Experience in platform architecture design, system security, and stability management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation in technology solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
