Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing plans, strategies, and test cases for blockchain product modules
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance covering functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation
• Design and select appropriate testing tools to enhance individual and team productivity
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, proposing and implementing improvement measures
• Execute various testing types including functional, regression, edge case, performance, and load testing
• Participate in requirement reviews to understand product specifications and user scenarios
• Create detailed test documentation including plans, cases, reports, and summaries
• Document and track defects using management tools, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve technical issues
• Evaluate and integrate new testing technologies to improve efficiency and coverage
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing with focus on blockchain products
• Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Ability to develop or select appropriate testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its unique testing requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
