Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop testing plans, analyze strategies, design test cases, execute tests, and conduct risk assessments for product modules
• Take independent ownership of quality assurance for product modules across functionality, performance, safety, compatibility, and automation aspects
• Develop or select appropriate testing tools to enhance team efficiency
• Identify process issues within the project team, propose effective improvement measures, and drive their implementation

Additional Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to assess testing strategies and risk factors
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving process challenges
• Experience in developing or implementing testing tools is preferred
