Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop testing plans, testing schemes, and write detailed test cases.
• Design and implement various types of testing, including integration testing, functional testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.
• Analyze and locate bugs based on test results, track issues, and promote their timely resolution.
• Optimize collaboration processes between product and development teams to enhance testing quality and efficiency.
• Improve testing efficiency through technical innovations and automation.
• Set up testing environments, analyze system performance bottlenecks, and provide performance optimization suggestions.
• Communicate effectively with development, product, and operations teams to ensure the correctness and completeness of testing inputs and outputs.
• Take ownership of product quality and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of integration, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify bugs, and track their resolution.
• Experience in optimizing collaboration processes between cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in setting up testing environments and analyzing system performance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with development, product, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with automation tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency is a plus.
