Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop testing plans and schemes based on requirements and design documents, design test cases and test data, execute tests, and record test results.
• Analyze and solve problems found during testing, write test reports and defect reports, and cooperate with developers to resolve defect issues.
• Participate in product planning and requirements analysis, providing suggestions and opinions on testing to enhance product quality.
• Conduct bug verification, communicate testing results with the development department, and supervise the resolution of identified issues to correct defects and improve functionality.
• Continuously learn and adopt new testing techniques and tools to improve testing efficiency and overall quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, case design, and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
