Job Description
MEXC is seeking a Portuguese Translator to join our dynamic team and contribute to a global exchange of digital assets. As a key member of the customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between users and our platform. This position requires a strong command of Portuguese, Chinese, and English, with the ability to translate complex technical and business-related content accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of translated materials and supporting the localization of MEXC's services for Portuguese-speaking users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional translation services for user inquiries, documents, and platform content using online customer service tools;
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify recurring issues, organize them into actionable reports, and contribute to product improvement;
  • Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness in all translated materials, maintaining consistency with MEXC's brand voice;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize marketing campaigns, user guides, and other business materials for Portuguese-speaking markets;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and terminology related to digital assets, financial services, and customer support to enhance translation quality.
Job Requirements
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese, with intermediate to advanced skills in Chinese and English;
  • Proven experience in translation or localization, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume translation tasks under tight deadlines;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital asset trading concepts, with willingness to undergo training;
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and remote work requirements, with occasional on-site collaboration as needed;
  • Proficiency in using translation management systems and customer service platforms;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly to non-native speakers;
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for multilingual content is a plus.
