Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interface components for the exchange platform, including but not limited to the homepage, trading interface, user dashboard, and other key screens.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs, product features, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX researchers, to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the app's usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge in UI design and incorporate innovative features into the application.
• Document design decisions and maintain a cohesive visual language across all platform elements to ensure consistency and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design, preferably within fintech or financial services applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator for creating detailed mockups and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are technically feasible and responsive.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in design methodologies.
• Experience with agile development processes and the ability to adapt to iterative feedback cycles during product development.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Demonstrated ability to balance aesthetic appeal with usability, and a strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) are essential. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries will be a plus, as well as experience with analytics tools to measure user engagement and interface performance.
