Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Trading Interface Design: Design user interfaces for our decentralized trading platform with special attention to the wallet layer, ensuring financial industry rigor while maintaining innovation and appeal through Web3 technology integration.
• User Experience Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial transaction user needs and behaviors through user research and data analysis to optimize transaction processes, interface layouts, and interaction designs, thereby improving user satisfaction and transaction efficiency.
• Design Trends and Specifications: Stay updated with the latest design trends in financial trading and Web3 technology, including trading interface standards and DeFi UX best practices, and effectively incorporate them into designs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions align with business requirements and technical capabilities, participating in the full product iteration cycle.
• Design Standards Maintenance: Participate in establishing and maintaining UI design standards for the financial trading platform to ensure design consistency and maintainability while enhancing team collaboration efficiency.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or blockchain projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating financial interface design and Web3 applications
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance concepts
• Experience conducting user research and data-driven design optimization
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional requirements
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing crypto wallets or trading platforms
• Familiarity with security considerations in financial applications
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial interfaces
• Passion for decentralized technologies and their user experience challenges
