Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for Web3 products, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across multiple platforms and projects.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably with 5+ years in the tech industry and a track record in Web3 projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing Web3-related work.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems to inform design decisions.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flows and functionality.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate with non-design teams.
• Experience with agile development workflows and iterative design processes.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript to understand front-end limitations and opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex design challenges in a rapidly evolving space.

Qualifications
