Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance user experience and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity UI solutions for web and mobile applications
- Participate in product requirement discussions and create user flows/interactive prototypes

- Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency across all products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience at top 30 exchanges (portfolio required)
- Mandatory Web3 industry experience
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma/Sketch) and strong understanding of interaction design principles
- User-centric mindset with ability to make data-driven design decisions
- Strong stress tolerance and adaptability to fast-paced internet industry environment
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit
