Job Description
This position is responsible for driving user growth and acquisition through comprehensive operational strategies. The role involves managing both public and private domain channels, with a focus on increasing traffic from public platforms and converting users into loyal community members. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing product, traffic, content, and user operation strategies to improve user metrics and achieve business goals. The candidate will also analyze user behavior, preferences, and experiences to identify growth opportunities and create effective content models that align with community IP. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with industry trends, exploring innovative growth methods, and continuously optimizing user acquisition processes. The successful individual will track user core data, map out user journeys, and integrate internal and external resources to facilitate the transition from user growth to monetization through targeted events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user growth initiatives by designing and executing strategies for acquiring new users and retaining existing ones across public and private domains.
  • Develop and manage content calendars that align with community IP, ensuring high-quality content creation and distribution to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze user data to identify patterns, needs, and pain points, using insights to refine growth models and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational resources, optimize channel performance, and enhance user acquisition efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key user metrics, such as retention rates, conversion rates, and lifetime value, to inform data-driven decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in user growth, continuously innovating and experimenting with new methods and tools.
  • Plan and execute growth events, leveraging data analysis to measure effectiveness and iterate on strategies for better results.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, product, and customer service teams to create a unified user growth approach.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user acquisition and retention tactics.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs for user growth campaigns, tracking progress and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in user growth operations, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or similar industries, with a track record of successful user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions that drive growth outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for data tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to create and execute content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with community IP.
  • Experience with event planning and execution, including understanding how to leverage events for user engagement and monetization.
  • Knowledge of user journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization techniques.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple growth initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and continuously innovate growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges in user acquisition and retention processes.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology and behavior to design effective growth strategies that meet user needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems and user segmentation techniques to target the right audience with the right message.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to drive traffic and engagement from various sources.
