Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for user acquisition, activity enhancement, user retention, conversion rate optimization, and user education of Telegram Mini App products, promoting user and business growth through refined operations.
• Organize and manage user communities to enhance user stickiness, contribution, and loyalty.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and participation, and develop promotional plans in line with product needs.
• Participate in community operations, collect user feedback and public opinion data, and analyze user core needs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in user acquisition, retention, and community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback and data to drive decision-making.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute engaging marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong community relationships.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
