Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for the North American market, leveraging multi-channel marketing approaches to maximize brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage and optimize existing online promotion channels while proactively identifying and developing new market opportunities to achieve ambitious user growth targets.
- Conduct thorough market and user data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, research, and design to ensure marketing strategies align with and support overall company objectives.
- Oversee marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across all marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or user growth strategies
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
