Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a User Growth Strategist for the North American market. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, market share expansion, and user acquisition through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for the North American market, leveraging multi-channel marketing approaches to maximize brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Manage and optimize existing online promotion channels while proactively identifying and developing new market opportunities to achieve ambitious user growth targets.
  • Conduct thorough market and user data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, research, and design to ensure marketing strategies align with and support overall company objectives.
  • Oversee marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across all marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging market trends and digital marketing tools, continuously innovating and refining marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or user growth strategies
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Deep understanding of the North American market landscape and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
