Key Responsibilities

• Explore new overseas derivative trading scenarios and channels to expand market reach.
• Recruit agents, brokers, and partners within the region, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain target user groups, such as deep users, by understanding their needs and providing specialized services.
• Stay updated with the financial industry trends, capture new developments, and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Organize and manage online maintenance and offline activities for target users in the regional market to enhance engagement and loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial or trading industry.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market and regulatory environment for derivative trading.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to recruit and manage agents, brokers, and partners.
• Ability to analyze user needs and develop tailored services to enhance user satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in organizing and managing both online and offline user engagement activities.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
