Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as a Korean Operations Specialist. This role focuses on expanding our derivative trading operations in the Korean market, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing user engagement through tailored services and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore new overseas derivative trading scenarios and channels to expand market reach.
- Recruit agents, brokers, and partners within the region, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain target user groups, such as deep users, by understanding their needs and providing specialized services.
- Stay updated with the financial industry trends, capture new developments, and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Organize and manage online maintenance and offline activities for target users in the regional market to enhance engagement and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial or trading industry.
- Strong understanding of the Korean market and regulatory environment for derivative trading.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to recruit and manage agents, brokers, and partners.
- Ability to analyze user needs and develop tailored services to enhance user satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in organizing and managing both online and offline user engagement activities.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
