Job Description
We are looking for a skilled video editor to join our team and help create engaging content from our podcast recordings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing full-length podcast videos and transforming them into shorter, shareable clips for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw podcast footage into polished, professional videos
- Create short-form video clips (30-90 seconds) optimized for social media platforms
- Add captions, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance viewer engagement
- Ensure consistent branding and style across all video content
- Collaborate with the content team to identify key moments for clip creation
- Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
- Manage and organize video assets in our digital library
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably with podcast or long-form content
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Understanding of social media video formats and best practices
- Ability to identify compelling moments in long-form conversations
- Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills
- Good time management skills to meet regular publishing deadlines
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and mixing is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work

- Experience working with podcast content or interview-style videos
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
