Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine salary frameworks, including market analysis, benchmarking, and compensation adjustments to reflect business performance and industry standards.
- Develop and execute performance management programs, such as goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and incentive structures to drive employee productivity.
- Conduct regular human resource assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
- Lead organizational culture initiatives through employee engagement activities, internal communication strategies, and policy development to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal systems, including HR processes, compliance protocols, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies that promote fairness, transparency, and employee well-being.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure smooth interdepartmental collaboration.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and legal consultants, to support talent acquisition and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields, with advanced qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably 5+ years in a similar role, with a track record of successful performance management and compensation strategy implementation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate workforce data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for organizational improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll management, performance tracking, and employee data analysis.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational knowledge.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural transformation initiatives within diverse work environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure ethical and legal HR practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages as needed for international collaboration.
