Job Description
The role involves conducting withdrawal reviews and handling daily risk cases related to funds. Responsibilities include assessing user behavior for potential risks (account security, fund anomalies, etc.) based on risk control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOP). The position requires identifying various suspicious activities such as triangular arbitrage, on-chain tracking, abnormal K-line patterns, long-short locking, as well as unauthorized account access, arbitrage, wildcat activities, and abnormal flows. High-risk accounts must be flagged, intercepted, and processed accordingly. Collaboration with the team is essential to report issues and unusual cases discovered during reviews. Additionally, maintaining accurate audit records and organizing data to ensure completeness and traceability is a key requirement. This position offers a fast onboarding process for direct HR hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform withdrawal reviews and daily fund risk case management
- Evaluate user behavior for risks (account security, fund anomalies) per SOP
- Detect suspicious activities including arbitrage, on-chain tracking, and unauthorized access
- Flag, intercept, and process high-risk accounts

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in risk control review, operations, customer service, or related fields (exchange experience preferred)
- Basic risk awareness and ability to identify abnormal behavior
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and execution skills
- Good logical judgment and ability to make decisions based on standards
- Willingness to adapt to shift-based work (rotating shifts, night shifts, etc.)
- Proficiency in basic office tools; data-oriented mindset is a plus
