Led the 0-to-1 development of the data extraction platform, completed product design focusing on two core modules: template management and template-based data extraction, independently wrote PRDs and participated in acceptance testing throughout the process. After the launch, continuously tracked user feedback, responded to issues and drove iterative optimizations. Ultimately, the platform undertook 55.6% of the company’s daily data extraction demands, unified data extraction calibers across the company, enabled self-service data extraction for business teams, significantly reduced the repetitive workload of data analysts and improved overall data extraction efficiency substantially.Data Governance: Solved the problems of high storage space occupation, long synchronization time consuming resources and insufficient dashboard standardization of the data platform. Promoted corporate dataset governance from two aspects: formulating dataset development specifications and implementing full-dimensional monitoring. The development specifications focused on partition row count, lifecycle, synchronization frequency and special case handling; the monitoring focused on dataset increment and decrement, and promoted the transformation of detailed datasets to aggregated datasets. Established an hourly threshold alarm mechanism on the memory side and adjusted low-access datasets to scheduled synchronization. Finally, achieved 100% on-time delivery of core datasets, realized dynamic balance of platform disk space, and eliminated the need for additional storage expansion costs.

Ultimately, the mall’s impression-click rate increased by 19.56%, active buyer click rate by 18.44%, and buyer bidding rate by 1.44%. Meanwhile, identified new influencing features and promoted their inclusion in the algorithm optimization roadmap. Based on in-depth business understanding, innovatively proposed a tag-based precise recommendation configuration product, suggesting classified and sorted recommendations for commodities on different screens by product tags to achieve flexible adaptation of recommendation strategies.
