Quản lý thiết kế tổng thể: Xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ thiết kế UI, thiết lập quy chuẩn thiết kế, quy trình làm việc và cơ chế đánh giá, kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra hình ảnh cho toàn bộ sản phẩm của sàn giao dịch Web3 (Web, App, H5, chiến dịch marketing), đảm bảo tính thống nhất và chuyên nghiệp trong thiết kế.
Thiết kế hình ảnh sản phẩm cốt lõi: Chủ trì thiết kế UI cho các kịch bản giao dịch chính như sàn giao ngay, hợp đồng tương lai, trung tâm người dùng, ví tài sản, biểu đồ K-line, cân bằng đặc thù ngành Web3, trải nghiệm người dùng và mục tiêu thương mại để tạo ra hệ thống hình ảnh dễ nhận biết và thân thiện.
Kiểm soát hình ảnh thương hiệu: Cập nhật quy chuẩn hình ảnh thương hiệu dựa trên định vị của Bitunix, điều phối tính nhất quán hình ảnh giữa sản phẩm, marketing thương hiệu và tài liệu vận hành quốc tế, nâng cao nhận diện và uy tín thương hiệu trong ngành Web3.
Phối hợp liên phòng ban: Làm việc sâu với các đội sản phẩm, phát triển, vận hành và tăng trưởng, tham gia đánh giá yêu cầu, lập kế hoạch sản phẩm, thúc đẩy triển khai giải pháp thiết kế, giải quyết các vấn đề như khôi phục R&D, tối ưu trải nghiệm.
Xây dựng đội ngũ & năng lực: Dẫn dắt đội UI hoàn thành nhiệm vụ thiết kế hàng ngày, tổ chức đào tạo, tổng kết và nâng cao năng lực, tích lũy thư viện component và tài sản thiết kế, cải thiện hiệu suất và chất lượng đầu ra của đội.
Theo dõi xu hướng ngành: Cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế Web3, sàn giao dịch và sản phẩm quốc tế, liên tục cải tiến hình ảnh sản phẩm và tối ưu trải nghiệm giao dịch dựa trên phản hồi người dùng và dữ liệu.
English Responsibilities
Design Management & Team Leadership: Build and lead the UI design team, develop design standards, workflow and review mechanisms, control the visual output quality of all Bitunix product lines (Web, App, H5, marketing campaigns), and ensure design consistency and professionalism.
Core Product UI Design: Lead UI design for core trading scenarios including spot trading, contract trading, user center, asset wallet and K-line charts. Balance Web3 industry characteristics, user experience and business goals to create a highly recognizable and user-friendly visual system.
Brand Visual Governance: Iterate brand visual guidelines based on Bitunix’s positioning, coordinate visual consistency across product UI, brand marketing and overseas operation materials, and enhance brand recognition and reputation in the Web3 industry.
Cross-department Collaboration: Cooperate closely with product, engineering, operation and growth teams, participate in requirement reviews and product planning, promote the implementation of design solutions, and solve landing issues such as R&D restoration and experience optimization.
Team & Capability Building: Lead the UI team to complete daily design tasks, conduct design training, reviews and capability improvement, accumulate design component libraries and assets, and improve overall team efficiency and output quality.
Trend Tracking & Experience Iteration: Keep up with design trends of Web3, exchanges and overseas products, continuously iterate product vision and optimize user trading experience based on user feedback and data.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành thiết kế, có 5+ năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế UI, 2+ năm quản lý/dẫn dắt đội ngũ thiết kế, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế trong lĩnh vực tài chính, sàn giao dịch hoặc Web3.
Thành thạo logic thiết kế UI cho sản phẩm giao dịch, App/Web tài chính, nắm vững yếu tố thiết kế hình ảnh cho các kịch bản chính như K-line, hợp đồng tương lai, luân chuyển tài sản, có portfolio thiết kế sản phẩm Web3/tài chính hoàn chỉnh.
Có khả năng xây dựng hệ thống thiết kế chuyên nghiệp, tự lập quy chuẩn thiết kế, thư viện component, kiểm soát phong cách hình ảnh tổng thể, có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, kết hợp tư duy thương mại và hướng người dùng.
Thành thạo công cụ thiết kế Figma, Sketch, PS, AI, hiểu quy trình phát triển sản phẩm và logic triển khai front-end, có khả năng thúc đẩy triển khai thiết kế hiệu quả.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp và quản lý đội ngũ xuất sắc, chịu được áp lực, thích ứng với nhịp độ nhanh của ngành Web3, có hiểu biết sâu và đam mê với ngành Web3 và tài sản số.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thiết kế sản phẩm quốc tế, thiết kế giao diện đa ngôn ngữ hoặc từng làm việc tại sàn giao dịch hạng hai/sản phẩm Web3 hàng đầu.
English Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in design-related major, 5+ years of UI design experience, 2+ years of design team management experience. Candidates with finance, exchange or Web3 industry design experience are preferred.
Proficient in UI design logic of trading products and financial App/Web, familiar with visual design points of core scenarios such as K-line, contract trading and asset transfer, with complete Web3/financial product design cases.
Have mature ability to build design system, independently output design standards and component libraries, control the overall visual style, with excellent aesthetic taste, commercial thinking and user-centric thinking.
Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, PS and AI, familiar with product R&D process and front-end implementation logic, able to promote efficient implementation of designs.
Have excellent communication, coordination and team management skills, strong stress resistance, adapt to the fast-paced Web3 industry, and have strong interest and in-depth understanding of Web3 and digital asset industry.
Candidates with overseas product design experience, multi-language interface design experience, or design background in second-tier exchanges/top Web3 products are highly preferred.
