Job Description:
As the Web3 Exchange Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall operational strategy and growth outcomes for our consumer-facing business. You will own key performance metrics and ensure the success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute phased operational objectives based on the exchange business model (user acquisition, conversion, retention, trading activity, revenue)
- Participate in core business decisions and collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to drive platform growth from 0→1 or 1→N
- Deeply understand user behavior, trading needs, and market cycles to make operational decisions amid uncertainty
- Build and optimize user operations, campaign operations, content, and community operation systems
- Design and implement key operational mechanisms (incentives, tasks, levels, rebates, campaigns) to boost user engagement and trading frequency
- Continuously optimize strategies through data analysis to create scalable growth models
- Build and manage operations teams to improve execution efficiency and results
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, risk control, and marketing teams
- Monitor industry trends, policies, competitors, and market sentiment to adjust operational strategies
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in consumer-facing internet/platform products/growth/operations, preferably in trading, finance or high-frequency products
- Expertise in user growth and retention methodologies (user segmentation, conversion funnels, lifecycle management, data-driven approaches)
- Strong execution capability and judgment to drive complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Experience building/managing operations teams with goal-setting and metric decomposition skills
- Clear logical thinking with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Web3/Crypto/exchange experience with understanding of trader behavior and market cycles
- Global market experience or English work environment exposure
- Familiarity with exchange features (Launchpad, trading competitions, airdrops, rebates, market-making incentives)
