Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as an Event & Community Growth Specialist. This role will be pivotal in designing and executing global activities that align with our project vision while fostering community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Design: Conceptualize and implement global activities that translate complex project concepts into accessible, high-participation formats. Establish appropriate activity rhythms and collaborate with content teams on narrative design.
- Community Operations & User Growth: Activate participation across global AI/Web3 communities through innovative engagement mechanisms. Organize interactive events including AMAs, live streams, and discussion forums while optimizing growth metrics.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Develop core campaign materials (copywriting, announcements, gameplay instructions) and establish brand messaging frameworks. Drive cross-platform dissemination across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Web3 communities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams on system requirements, partner with media/KOLs/DAOs for joint initiatives, and build sustainable global communication networks aligned with project objectives.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (conversion, retention, engagement depth), analyze user behavior patterns, and produce strategic optimization reports.
Job Requirements:
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience independently planning growth-oriented activities
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for mass audiences
- Deep understanding of engagement mechanics and user psychology
- Strong execution capability (0→1 project implementation)
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-5 years in operations, event planning, user growth or Web3 community management
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with AI and Web3 culture
- Team leadership experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with LLM tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc.)
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contract mechanisms
