Job Description
Conduct in-depth research on how novice, intermediate, and professional users make choices among copy trading, trading bots, and self-built strategies, and translate insights into product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, quantitative research, AI, risk control, design, and operations teams to clarify requirements and trade-offs, ensuring high-quality product launches. Continuously track cutting-edge developments in copy trading, quantitative tools, and AI-driven investment products to form independent judgments rather than mechanically replicating features. Drive the implementation of features related to quantitative strategies, including optimization of classic bot strategies, design of understandable strategy parameters, exploration of AI strategies, and performance attribution displays. Enhance the copy trading experience by improving trader discovery and trust systems, copy trading configuration and risk control, multi-asset copy trading, and transparency in position management with trust signals.

- Lead product development for quantitative strategy tools and copy trading features
- Design intuitive interfaces that clearly communicate complex financial information
Job Requirements
- Genuine interest in trading behaviors and financial products with ability to grasp core logic in complex domains
- Strong self-motivation to define objectives and clarify paths when requirements are ambiguous
- Understanding of user psychology in risk decision-making scenarios
- Clear product judgment to evaluate interface clarity and risk presentation
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to build consensus among technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with copy trading, social trading platforms, trading bots or quantitative platforms
- Deep familiarity with mainstream trading tools in either copy trading or quantitative strategies
- Experience or interest in AI products combining natural language with financial tools
- Background in user research, data analysis or A/B testing to derive product insights
