Job Description
The User Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies. This role focuses on optimizing user behavior analysis, designing incentive mechanisms, and implementing growth initiatives to achieve continuous improvement in key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute user growth strategies by monitoring behavioral data to optimize campaign timing, frequency, and incentive structures
- Segment and manage users based on lifecycle stages and transaction patterns for targeted operations
- Design phased incentive programs covering registration, KYC, first deposit, and first transaction milestones
- Track and analyze core metrics including registration conversion rates, transaction conversion rates, retention rates, and ROI
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive product enhancements
- Conduct regular data reviews to refine growth tactics and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product development
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in cryptocurrency industry campaigns or user operations
- Strong execution capability with ability to drive projects independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical skills and data sensitivity
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and overseas user behavior patterns
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and growth hacking techniques
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency products preferred
