Job description: 1 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate evaluation to interview and hiring management. 2. Use various creative techniques to find top talents and identify passive candidates through different platforms. 3. Manage the recruitment process, including determining resource status and requirements, coordinating recruitment and talent introduction activities, evaluating and managing the recommendation process.
1. Assist the company in conducting comprehensive risk assessments of its business processes, delve into potential risk points in various business scenarios, and provide targeted risk control strategies and response measures to effectively control risks. 2. Coordinate strategy and model requirements, participate in key processes such as offline measurement, monitoring verification, and effectiveness analysis, and promote the online implementation of strategy models. 3. Promote the construction of intelligent risk control system, possess strong business understanding ability, and lead the monitoring and distribution of risk control related data
