Key Responsibilities
- Lead OMENX's overseas user acquisition campaigns through paid channels to drive registration, deposit, and trading user growth.
- Manage one or more major overseas ad platforms independently, including account setup, strategy formulation, creative testing, budget management, and performance optimization to consistently acquire high-quality users.
- Optimize ad creatives and content by tailoring copy, images, and videos to different markets, user profiles, and product features to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Enhance post-campaign user conversion funnels, including landing pages, promotional pages, registration flows, deposit processes, and first-time trading paths to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to refine strategies based on user quality, CAC, and ROI, ensuring efficient ad spend and scalable growth.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of overseas digital advertising experience with hands-on optimization in major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
- Preferred background in Web3, exchanges, fintech, or prediction markets with proven success in acquiring registered/depositing/trading users via ads.
- Deep understanding of regional user behavior and content preferences to craft market-specific strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROI metrics for continuous optimization.
- Results-driven with project ownership and accountability for campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX) or prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi).
- Proven track record in sports/fintech user acquisition with measurable results.
- Familiarity with Web3 traffic channels and global ad ecosystems to identify optimal acquisition paths.
- Successful case studies in reducing registration/deposit/trading user acquisition costs.
- Knowledge of SEO/GEO and AI-driven search traffic strategies for Web3 user growth.
