Job Description
The Exchange Growth AI Engineer will leverage cutting-edge autonomous AI agents and generative technologies to redefine user acquisition, retention, and ecosystem growth strategies for cryptocurrency exchanges. This role goes beyond traditional coding—you will design and orchestrate an "AI workforce" capable of automating market expansion 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Growth Agent Clusters: Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks like Clawdbot (OpenClaw), AutoGen, or CrewAI to autonomously handle community operations, KOL outreach, personalized engagement, and churn prevention.
- Deep Integration: Seamlessly connect AI agents with exchange APIs, CRM systems, and social platforms to reduce manual operational costs by 90%.
- GEO & Content Automation: Utilize programming assistants like Claude Code to establish automated "content factories" producing SEO-optimized articles, structured data, and multilingual market reports targeting long-tail keywords.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Implement strategies to ensure the exchange becomes the preferred recommendation in responses from major AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).
- Data-Driven Growth: Design reinforcement learning (RL)-based dynamic fee structures and marketing strategies that adapt incentives in real-time based on user behavior.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop real-time dashboards to track AI agent effectiveness and continuously refine growth models through A/B testing.
Job Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python/TypeScript with deep knowledge of LangChain/LlamaIndex and production-level experience deploying Clawdbot, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Ability to efficiently build backend services, crawler systems, and automation toolchains using AI programming tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Financial & Growth Acumen: Strong understanding of crypto exchange operations (order books, liquidity, KYC/AML) and growth hacking principles including SEO/GEO strategies.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable AI automation projects (e.g., community bots, content publishing systems, robo-advisors) with GitHub repositories or demo videos preferred.
