Job Description
This position is responsible for driving fan engagement and community growth to support the expansion of the UFORIKA brand. The ideal candidate will actively participate in creating and implementing strategies to attract new followers and maintain existing fan relationships across various social media platforms. They will also provide localized content support for Fortians in non-English speaking regions, ensuring that all materials are culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate. Additionally, the role involves promoting both online and offline initiatives to enhance brand visibility and foster a stronger connection with the local community. Collaboration with team members and other stakeholders is essential to achieve these goals and maintain a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the UFORIKA fan base through targeted content creation, interactive campaigns, and data-driven insights.
- Provide localized content assistance for Fortians in regions where English is not the primary language, including translation, cultural adaptation, and multilingual material development.
- Actively promote online events, webinars, and offline activities such as meetups, workshops, and brand collaborations to increase brand awareness and community participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement community engagement initiatives that align with UFORIKA's brand values and objectives.
- Engage with fans and community members through regular communication, feedback collection, and fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of fan engagement efforts and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in community events and initiatives to represent UFORIKA positively and contribute to building a vibrant, inclusive fan culture.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language to support localized content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms to effectively grow and manage fan engagement.
- Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
- Experience in organizing and promoting events, both online and offline, with a proven track record of increasing brand visibility.
