Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Web3 industry business department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or interviewing within the data analysis field, coupled with training and teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the Web3 industry business department, focusing on talent acquisition and development
- Conduct interviews and assessments for data analysis positions
- Develop and deliver internal training programs for team members
- Create and maintain online recorded courses for continuous learning
- Serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized topics when needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry business department
- Proven experience as a recruiter or interviewer in data analysis departments
- Prior experience in internal training or teaching is highly preferred
- Experience creating and delivering online recorded courses
- Experience as a part-time lecturer is a plus
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and data analysis concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR, recruitment, or related fields
- Experience with e-learning platforms and course development tools
- Background in data analysis or related technical fields
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
