Job Description:
The role involves leading the native core development for an overseas payment platform. Candidates must excel in Kotlin/Java and be proficient in hybrid architectures (Flutter/H5), delivering superior performance, animations, and stability to provide global users with bank-level security and internet-level smoothness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Native Core Development: Architect and implement core modules for overseas payment apps from scratch.
- Exceptional User Experience: Collaborate deeply on UI/UX implementation, ensuring complex interactive animations maintain 60fps fluidity across mid-to-low-end devices.
- Hybrid Architecture Expertise: Proficient in Flutter and advanced H5 container (WebView) customization, designing efficient and stable JSBridge communication mechanisms.
- Performance Optimization: Specialize in memory optimization, startup speed enhancement, APK size reduction, and network acceleration, addressing lag and memory leaks in hybrid development.
- Engineering Excellence: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, rigorous code reviews, crash monitoring, and real-time performance tracking systems.
Job Requirements:
- Technical Depth:
- 7+ years of Android development expertise with mastery in Kotlin/Java and Android SDK version nuances.
- Advanced knowledge of Android rendering, event handling, custom views, and complex animation development.
- Hybrid Development:
- Hands-on experience optimizing hybrid projects (Native+Flutter/H5) and understanding Flutter’s core principles.
- Proven ability to tune WebView performance and resolve H5 compatibility challenges.
- Performance Mastery:
- Skilled in Profiler, LeakCanary, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Payment-grade stability awareness, including encryption/decryption and secure storage.
- Soft Skills:
- Obsession with UX, proactively proposing technical enhancements.
- Strong collaboration with product/UI teams to achieve pixel-perfect execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fintech/Payment Apps:
- Experience with RSA/AES encryption, secure keyboards, digital signatures, or biometric payments.
- International payment gateway or e-wallet development background.
- Crypto/Web3:
- Blockchain fundamentals; Wallet Connect integration or private key security experience.
- WebSocket long-connection optimization.
- Payment Performance:
