Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our core backend systems. This role involves working on critical financial systems including derivatives trading platforms, account management systems, asset settlement systems, and API gateways. The ideal candidate will optimize system performance to ensure stability and scalability in high-concurrency environments.
You will collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams to deliver projects on schedule while meeting all requirements. Additionally, you'll be responsible for testing, deploying, and launching backend services while continuously improving system reliability and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop core backend systems including derivatives trading platforms, account systems, and settlement systems
- Optimize backend system performance for high-concurrency environments
- Design high-performance data storage solutions and optimize database architecture
- Collaborate with frontend teams and product managers to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend services
- Continuously improve system reliability and maintainability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- 3-10 years of Java backend development experience
- Proficiency in Java or Golang with strong skills in IO, multithreading, and networking
- Deep understanding of JVM tuning and Spring Boot framework
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ and other middleware solutions
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Linux systems and TCP/IP protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent learning ability and logical thinking
- Experience in exchange development is a plus
- Knowledge of Solidity or other smart contract languages is advantageous
- Experience with Aeron or jraft is beneficial
