Go Backend Developer (Cross-border Payment Focus)
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: 3000U - 5000U / Month
We are currently hiring a Go Backend Developer to participate in the construction of cross-border payment core systems, responsible for developing key modules such as payment transactions, channel integration, account systems, and clearing & settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems for the payment platform, including modules for orders, merchants, accounts, fund flows, clearing & settlement, reconciliation, and open APIs.
- Participate in the design of payment core processes, addressing issues such as state transitions, idempotency, transaction consistency, asynchronous tasks, and exception compensation.
- Handle integration with third-party payment channels, including API connections, signature verification, callback processing, order queries, status synchronization, and exception handling.
- Ensure system stability through performance optimization, log monitoring, issue troubleshooting, and fault resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, and test cases to maintain system reliability and maintainability.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of Go backend development experience, proficient in web services and microservices.
- Familiar with MySQL, Redis, message queues, and concepts like transactions, concurrency, cache consistency, and MQ consumption mechanisms.
- Strong system design skills, with knowledge of state machines, idempotent design, and exception recovery solutions.
- Experienced in HTTP API design and third-party interface integration.
- Capable of independently handling requirements analysis, development, self-testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.
- Preferred experience in payment systems, wallets, acquiring, clearing & settlement, finance, or e-commerce transaction systems.
- Ability to read English technical documentation; experience with overseas payment channel integration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cross-border payments, local payment systems, or bank/wallet integrations.
- Familiarity with trading, accounting, settlement, reconciliation, or payment routing systems.
- Experience in high-concurrency, distributed systems, or online fault management.
- Knowledge of Vue/React for backend tool development is advantageous.
