Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of the Ave Web3 trading wallet system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core backend services related to wallet functionality, blockchain transactions, market data, assets, tokens, and addresses.
In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to integrate with major blockchain networks (including EVM and Solana), develop high-performance APIs, and implement real-time data processing systems. You'll have the opportunity to participate in building advanced trading features like Swap, aggregated trading, transaction routing, and gas optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize backend systems for Web3 trading wallet
- Develop core services for wallet operations, on-chain transactions, market data, assets and addresses
- Integrate with major blockchain networks (EVM/Solana) and their RPC nodes
- Participate in building trading systems including Swap, aggregated trading, routing, pricing and transaction tracking
- Develop high-concurrency APIs, real-time market data feeds, WebSocket services and message queues
- Implement on-chain data processing, transaction parsing, asset identification and address profiling
- Continuously improve system performance, stability, security and scalability
- Participate in wallet security, risk control, transaction monitoring and troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of backend development experience
- Proficient in Golang/Python with strong coding and engineering capabilities
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL and other infrastructure
- Familiar with microservices, distributed systems and high-availability design
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, blocks, RPC, smart contracts, Gas, Nonce)
- Experience with at least one major blockchain ecosystem (EVM/Solana)
- Prior experience with Web3 wallets, DEX, Swap or on-chain trading is preferred
- Strong focus on performance, security and system stability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web3 Wallet/DEX/Aggregator/Exchange development
- Familiarity with protocols like Uniswap, Jupiter, Raydium, 0x or 1inch
- Knowledge of Solana Transaction, Account Model, CPI, Geyser/Yellowstone
- Understanding of EVM Transaction, Log/Event, Trace and smart contract interaction
- Rust programming skills or smart contract development experience
- Background in high-frequency trading, market data or financial systems
