Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team, focusing on blockchain integration and wallet services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services that interact with various blockchain nodes and protocols. This role involves building reliable APIs and SDKs to support core products such as public chains, wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
Key responsibilities include ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience in high-load production environments, conducting code reviews, and maintaining development quality standards. The role also emphasizes blockchain-specific tasks like designing and optimizing components for parsing, indexing, and reconciling blockchain data (transactions, events, blocks).
Additionally, the candidate will implement MPC (Multi-Party Computation) signature services and integrate with hardware signing devices (e.g., AWS KMS or MPC libraries) to support multi-signature and admin controls. Collaboration with smart contract and operations teams is essential to complete the full cycle of mainnet wallet development.
Staying updated with Web3 technology trends (Layer2, Account Abstraction, Intent Execution, ZK, etc.) and driving system architecture evolution is also a critical part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services integrating with blockchain nodes and protocols.
- Build reliable APIs and SDKs for core products (public chains, wallets, cross-chain bridges, DEX).
- Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience in high-load environments.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development quality standards.
- Design and optimize components for blockchain data parsing, indexing, and reconciliation.
- Implement MPC signature services and integrate with hardware signing devices.
- Collaborate with smart contract and operations teams for mainnet wallet development.
- Stay updated with Web3 trends and drive system architecture evolution.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Go (primary), with experience in Rust, Java, or similar backend languages.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (consensus, nodes, cryptography, event logs).
- Experience integrating with blockchain RPC, WebSocket APIs, and related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous message queues.
- Experience in wallet services (HD wallets, multi-signature, account abstraction, MPC) and secure asset custody systems.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies like BSC, Tree Graph Chain, BTC, etc.
- Senior candidates: At least 3 years of backend or blockchain development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building blockchain explorers, indexing services, or data integration pipelines.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Tron, or similar ecosystems.
- Proficiency in databases (Postgres, RocksDB, Timescale) and performance tuning.
- Expertise in Go, wallet integration, and MPC protocols (GG18/CGGMP20) or TSS libraries.
- Proficiency in GitHub workflows, including Actions, PR reviews, and security best practices.
- Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
