Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end development of products, including requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of core features.
• Architect and maintain backend services for blockchain applications, with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of multi-chain ecosystems and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, particularly in distributed systems and network protocols.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for blockchain-based applications, ensuring compatibility with emerging technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
