We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Web3 industry business department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or interviewing within the data analysis field, along with experience in training and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the Web3 industry business department, focusing on talent acquisition and development
- Conduct interviews and assessments for data analysis positions
- Develop and deliver internal training programs for team members
- Create and maintain online recorded courses for professional development
- Serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized topics in Web3 and data analysis
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry business department
- Proven experience as a recruiter or interviewer in data analysis departments
- Prior experience in internal training or teaching is highly preferred
- Experience creating and delivering online recorded courses
- Background as a part-time lecturer is a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and data analysis concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field (computer science, data science, etc.)
- Certification in recruitment or human resources
- Published works or research in Web3 or data analysis topics
- Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation tools
