Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join our VIP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high-value clients while driving business growth in the KR region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of VIP clients (including both institutional clients and high net-worth individuals)
  • Deepen client relationships, understand their needs, and identify business opportunities
  • Drive the enhancement and expansion of VIP team offerings
  • Contribute to the refinement of customer service and team management processes
  • Conduct regional analysis and strategy formulation in collaboration with local teams
  • Identify potential opportunities in coverage markets through market research
Job Requirements
  • Extensive resources and network in the KR region cryptocurrency market
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Track record of successfully expanding client base and achieving sales targets
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and client services within international financial institutions (banking, investments, etc.)
  • Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in various situations and under pressure
  • Strong passion for cryptocurrency (industry experience is a plus)
  • Native Korean proficiency with fluent English (Mandarin is an advantage)
