Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team and help expand our new exchange business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our exchange platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exchange sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our exchange
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on business development activities and results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial or exchange sector
- Strong understanding of exchange operations and financial markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cryptocurrency or digital asset exchanges
- Existing network of contacts in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for exchange businesses
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
