Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem. This role involves shaping business strategies, executing action plans, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business development strategy, take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute them successfully
- Establish and foster long lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients
- Scan the Web3 market for new partners and conduct end-to-end business development process from lead generation to close
- Qualify existing business development opportunities and move them over the finish line
- Work with some of the leading RWAs, RaaS, and rollup projects in Web3
- Conduct research on ways to use Rome Protocol and create processes and documentation
Required Skills
- Proven experience in business development within the Web3/blockchain space
- Strong ability to translate concepts into actionable strategies
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of RWAs, RaaS, and rollup technologies
- Ability to conduct market research and create comprehensive documentation
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in the Web3 ecosystem
- Technical understanding of blockchain protocols
- Experience working with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects
- Track record of successful partnership development
