Job Description
This position focuses on promoting and managing merchant investments in the Vietnam P2P market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain merchants within the platform, with a particular emphasis on ZALO merchant large groups and P2P merchant ecosystems. The role requires ensuring that merchants maintain efficient operations, including timely order processing, prompt message responses, and fostering a collaborative environment among merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchant investment promotion strategies tailored to the Vietnam P2P market, targeting both individual and large-scale merchant groups.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth within the platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of merchant services, including order fulfillment, customer communication, and platform maintenance.
- Facilitate regular communication with merchant partners to address concerns, resolve issues, and promote platform-wide collaboration.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to enhance merchant engagement, improve conversion rates, and expand the platform's market presence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and platform policies while maintaining a high standard of service quality for all merchant participants.
- Provide ongoing support to merchants through training programs, operational guidance, and technical assistance to improve their performance on the platform.
- Collaborate with data analysts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for merchant management decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to ensure long-term cooperation and mutual growth within the P2P ecosystem.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape changes that may impact merchant operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in P2P platform operations or merchant management within the Southeast Asian market, preferably with a focus on Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies for promoting merchant investments and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with merchant partners and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including merchants, platform administrators, and external partners.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track merchant performance and platform growth metrics.
- Knowledge of ZALO and other digital communication platforms to facilitate merchant interactions and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve merchant satisfaction.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance merchant capabilities and platform integration.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchant onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing support processes.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese to effectively communicate with both international and local stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing merchant relationships and driving platform growth through strategic initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business objectives.
