Job Description

This position is responsible for building and maintaining strategic industry relationships, with a focus on expanding and nurturing overseas blockchain ecosystems. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with influential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), project partners, capital providers, and community stakeholders to drive business growth. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align resource development with business objectives, while also monitoring and optimizing partnership performance through data-driven insights.

Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive market entry strategies for international blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and long-term goals. They will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and growth within the blockchain sector, while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand and strengthen industry ecological resources by establishing partnerships with overseas blockchain KOLs, project collaborators, capital providers, and community networks.
  • Develop and execute customized KOL cooperation strategies tailored to different business stages, including identifying optimal channels, managing content alignment, and ensuring successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of KOL cooperation data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and refine the cooperation matrix for better ROI.
  • Monitor competitor and industry leader activities, analyzing their KOL content strategies and partnership frameworks to inform and enhance marketing approaches.
  • Continuously optimize marketing plans by integrating insights from KOL performance data, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnership activities adhere to international regulations and ethical standards.
  • Lead the creation of content calendars and engagement strategies for KOLs and communities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting partnership milestones, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in international partnerships, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational challenges.
  • Support the development of long-term partnership roadmaps, aligning with company expansion goals and market trends.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in resource development, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry, with a track record of successful international partnerships.
  • Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their role in expanding industry reach and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess partnership effectiveness, and make informed strategic recommendations.
  • Fluency in cross-cultural communication and negotiation, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse markets and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and market research methodologies to support decision-making and strategy optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders and teams.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications, including smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFT ecosystems.
  • Experience with content creation and curation, including developing engaging material for KOLs and communities to drive brand awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and thrive in ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Preferred background in international business development or market expansion, with experience in cross-border collaboration and cultural sensitivity.
