Job Description
As a Business Operations Senior Manager within the Platform organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance the overall performance of our business portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities that align with organizational goals and ensuring their successful execution through coordinated efforts with Product Group Leads and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Platform team to strategically allocate resources across various initiatives, identify inefficiencies in current workflows, and implement data-driven metrics to evaluate the performance of the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Product Group Leads to uncover and execute key growth-enabling opportunities, focusing on initiatives that directly contribute to revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Act as a thought leader in exploring white space business opportunities, both within and outside traditional product boundaries, to identify innovative solutions for partner teams and drive competitive advantage.
- Function as the connective tissue between the Platform organization and key partners across the business, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of objectives, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational frameworks that support scalability, compliance, and efficiency while adapting to evolving market demands and technological advancements.
- Lead the design and implementation of process improvement programs, leveraging analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive measurable outcomes and continuous optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and position the organization for long-term success.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business operations management, preferably within the tech or fintech industry, with a strong track record of driving process improvements and resource optimization.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions that impact business strategy and performance.
- Fluent in both strategic and tactical thinking, with experience in developing and executing business plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of platform operations, including infrastructure management, user experience optimization, and technical scalability.

- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets to provide context-aware insights and support innovation in business operations.
