Job Description
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to drive the company's development in the local market. This role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve user growth and transaction volume growth through strategic collaborations. You will also maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure sustained partnership and mutual benefits. The position involves executing influencer marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing the performance of channel cooperation, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will monitor local industry development trends and competitor movements to develop actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Develop and implement targeted influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's growth goals and product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design partnership strategies that maximize user acquisition and transaction volume.
- Track performance metrics of marketing channels and KOL collaborations, including engagement rates, conversion data, and ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for strategic adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on local market dynamics and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and alignment with overall business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or partnership development, preferably in the local market or similar industry.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and partners.
