Job Description
This position requires three Business Development (BD) professionals to actively engage in the process of listing blockchain projects. The primary focus is on identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem, while building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Candidates will play a pivotal role in driving growth through effective business development strategies and ensuring the successful execution of listing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze blockchain industry trends to identify potential projects for listing, leveraging insights to inform business strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external partners, including venture capital firms, quantitative research communities, and other relevant stakeholders, to facilitate business negotiations and collaborations.
  • Coordinate internal resources across departments to ensure seamless execution of listing projects, while managing external partnerships to align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for potential projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance the platform's reputation, positioning it as a trusted and innovative player in the blockchain market.
  • Collaborate with media outlets and key opinion leader (KOL) communities to amplify the platform's visibility and credibility through targeted outreach and content creation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, market performance, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders and management teams.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and market dynamics to ensure all listing activities remain compliant and competitive.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Ensure timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets by prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a strong track record of successful project listings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including investors, partners, and media representatives.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends, project viability, and risk factors, supported by data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the company in international and domestic markets.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology fundamentals, including smart contracts, decentralized applications, and consensus mechanisms.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business information and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry landscape, staying ahead of trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing blockchain projects, including securities laws and compliance requirements.

  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trading platforms, market capitalization, and investor behavior.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the blockchain industry.
  • Experience with cross-border business development, including understanding international markets and legal requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all business development activities and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
